Team,
I would like to report an issue and ask for a resolution for the same. I am running MacOS 12 and initially when I used rocket chat, I was able to view and download media files sent to me. But since couple of days, I am unable to preview the media files I am attaching a screenshot for the error I am receiving to help you understand better. Also, I would like to add that the media files that when I download any files from Rocket Chat, it shows that the file is either corrupted or empty. I have also tried logging in using browser but I am facing the same issue there.
Please provide me a resolution on the same. Looking forward for a solution.
