Description
Description:
Since the update of the server to version 4.0.1 there are problems with the Livechat/Omnichannel feature.
Agents assigned to the Omnichannel use e.g. the desktop client and switch offline there.
A bit later they additionally use the web browser or the mobile client to answer or write a message of a chat partner (outside the omnichannel and they don't do anything with the omnichannel/livechat either). As soon as they do this they are automatically set to online in the live chat without any action on their part. This is very cumbersome and annoying if you don't want to do that at all and are just in the chat for something else. This problem arises every time you open the chat and you are directly set to online in the live chat.
In addition, there is no option in the mobile app to set yourself to offline for the live chat.
Steps to reproduce:
- Desktop Client and set livechat offline
- Open Chat in Webbrowser or mobile App
- See Desktop-Client or Webbrowser - Livechat = online --> Thats bad
Expected behavior:
When I set the live chat to offline, I also want that status to remain. Regardless of how often and in which media I open the chat additionally.
Actual behavior:
You are automatically set to online in live chat every time you use it

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Reproduce the status change by setting Livechat offline in the desktop client, then opening the chat in a browser or mobile app; trace the Livechat presence handling across those clients. Done means an offline Livechat status remains offline when the chat is opened elsewhere.
