Description
We have omnichannel groups with different users. These users switch themselves on / offline in omnichannel / live chat if you want to look after them.
Unfortunately, since server version 4.0.1, we have had the problem that users in omnichannel / live chat are displayed as online as soon as they use the mobile app (e.g. on Android). In the Android app, you have no option to go offline in omnichannel / live chat.
This problem urgently needs to be resolved.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Android mobile app with an Omnichannel group whose users can switch themselves online or offline. Trace how mobile presence affects Omnichannel status and compare it with the web client's behavior. Done means mobile users are not forced online and can switch offline in Omnichannel or live chat.
