Research direction

Start with the linked MongoDB mmap-to-WiredTiger migration guide and the rocketchatctl upgrade path, using the reported "Cant find migrations for version 240" error as the reproduction point. Verify the documented upgrade sequence on the stated Rocket.Chat, Ubuntu, Node.js, and MongoDB versions; done means the upgrade completes without the migration error.
