"You're approach the seat limit warning" pops up again and again and again...

Description
With Rocket.Chat 4.0 we admins get the warning that we're approaching the limit of our seats and that we should request more.
The thing is that we have a very specific number of users (~1800 max) and we chose the limit of 1900 for that reason. There will be no surprise increase.
I'd thus suggest that you add a "DIsmiss and don't notify again" setting to all such warnings as it's simply just annoying and serves no purpose.
