Report Issue menu item redirects the user to wrong github issue template
Steps to reproduce:
Open linux snap app
Click on Help in the top menu
Click on Report Issue
That takes you empty issue template

When user writes a bug, the issue is closed, because template was not followed.
Expected behavior:
Take the user the bug template or the junction to select the correct template.
Actual behavior:
User is redirected to wrong github issue template
