Description

Description:

The absence of a close tab to save your encryption password found.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Function Setup
  2. Conditional Styling
  3. State Setup for re-rendering
Expected behavior:

There should be an option where the user can close the tab and use the application.
Once the page refreshes the notification tab should reappear but again with the close option tab as a reminder to save our encryption password.

Actual behavior:

The panel pops and stays as there is not a close tab so without accepting what the requirements are it doesn't go away.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the encryption-password notification in Chrome on Rocket.Chat 3.1.1 and inspect the alert panel's existing behavior. Done means the panel can be dismissed, the application remains usable, and the reminder appears again after a page refresh.
