Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Rocket.Chat 3.12.1 Community Edition using the desktop client on Windows 10, with an omnichannel operator online. Trace the omnichannel availability indicator and compare it with the operator's actual online state; done when the icon correctly shows the operator as online.
