having a stable call

the video chat will be restarted every 15 sec.

Research direction

Start by reproducing a self-hosted Jitsi call in a direct chat on Rocket.Chat 3.12.0 with the listed Ubuntu, Node.js, MongoDB, and Chrome setup. Trace what causes the video chat window to restart every 15 seconds, then verify that a direct-chat call remains stable without repeated restarts.
