Video not playing in RocketChat App

Description:

We have uploaded multiple videos to our rocketchat instance https:community.hotchillee.com. In Browser these videos are available and can be viewed as normal. However, in the app the video does not load.

• We have checked this with both our own Rocket based Hotchillee App
• We have checked this on the generic RocketChat app after connecting to the Hotchillee workspace
• This has been tried with .mp4 and .mov files

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the browser version of Community.hotchillee.com
2. Go to the 'Announcements-news' channel and view any video
3. It should play
4. Go to the Rocketchat app and log-in to the Hotchillee community
5. Access the same channel and try to watch the same video
6. Observe the video not playing

Expected behavior:

Video to play in both locations.

Actual behavior:

In the apps the video will not play
