Research direction
Start by reproducing the three reported scenarios from Profile Settings, the Notifications > Sounds page, and a logged-out page reload, using the attached screenshots and the stated Rocket.Chat 3.10.4 version as context. Done means profile changes save, logged-out reloads do not show errors, and the notification sound volume displays a valid value.
