Description:
There are pop up titles available for various options in the main room such as Discussions. These options are not available for options regarding change of avatar. This creates confusion as to what the options are supposed to do.
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on user avatar in left panel.
- Go to My Account->Preferences.
- Hover over the options for avatar upload and URL addition.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by opening the user avatar in the left panel, navigating to My Account → Preferences, and hovering over the avatar upload and URL options.
