Description

Description:

For the second time this month I have been disconnected from the cloud console and thus stopped receiving mobile push. The exception this time is that I can not login to cloud.rocket.chat anymore. I get "Email or password are incorrect"

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Just stopped working
  2. Rocketchat instance complains about not being registered
Expected behavior:

Keep connected to the cloud to allow mobile pushes.

Actual behavior:

Disconnected twice this month.

Server Setup Information:
  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.7.2
  • Operating System: Linux
  • Deployment Method: Docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 3

I can not see anything on the logs.

Research direction

Start with the cloud console registration and login flow for the affected Docker deployment, then inspect the server logs around disconnection and mobile-push failures. Reproduce the registration loss and login error; done means the server remains connected to the cloud and mobile pushes continue.
