Description:

After installing the latest version 3.5.4
All new users after logging in via web or in the windows client, only a blank screen appears.
if they login to the android or iOS apps it works normally.
We check user permissions and everything is normal, the same error happens with old accounts that had time without logging in
When inspecting the console, no errors appear

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a new user account
  2. Login with the newly created user
  3. loads only a white screen at startup

Server Setup Information:
  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.5.4
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Deployment Method: tar
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: yes
  • NodeJS Version: 12.16.1
  • MongoDB Version: 4.0.20
Client Setup Information
  • Desktop App or Browser Version: Browser
  • Operating System: windows 10
Additional context

With the rest of the existing users the system works naturally, and we have even replicated the error from the local ip address without leaving through the proxy to verify if it was not an error of the nginx
