Pasted images from Windows 10 Snip & Sketch sent as blank when viewed on Android

Description:

When Snip and Sketch is used in Windows 10 to copy from the desktop, and pasted into the web UI, the image is sent, but when viewed on the Android app, it's a blank box. Tapping the image is also blank. This is using Firefox 79 and Chrome (latest).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Windows 10 snip and sketch
2. Select something on screen (it will auto-copy to clipboard)
3. Paste the image in the web UI and send. It shows correctly in web UI.
4. View the same chat on the Android app and it will appear blank

Expected behavior:

The image is shown on both the web UI as well as the Android app

Additional context

The pasted image is a PNG, but copying in a sending a PNG file (not a copy) sends fine and shows in Android as well. It appears to only be for pasted images from Windows. I have not tested other snipping tools. I'm using the file system for storage.

Reproduce the issue by pasting a Windows 10 Snip & Sketch PNG through the web UI, then viewing it in Android. Trace the pasted-image upload and Android image-display paths, comparing them with a normally attached PNG; done means the pasted image renders correctly in both clients.
