This is a bug about documentation, not technical issue.
Unable to set write permission for users
Steps to reproduce:
Go to https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/user-guides/channels that says:
"In read-only channels, messages can only be sent by users with write permissions. All users can react to messages in this channel. Read-only channels are most suitable for announcements and voting."
However, in the permission settings there is nothing about write.
