I can't access rocket.chat web ui, just simply blank black page
Steps to reproduce:
Just going to the url shows me nothing but blank page
Expected behavior:
Login or channel if logged

- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.69.2
- Operating System: Ubuntu server 18.04
- Deployment Method: snap
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog: Enabled
- NodeJS Version: 8.11.3
- MongoDB Version:
Additional context
I can access the server just fine from the rocket.chat desktop client app

There are no errors at all, no console loggings, just simply blank black page nothing more nothing less
