[Windows] Please Add Ability to Change Background, Font Weight, Size for People List and Messages Windows

Hello

Could you please

• add ability to increase font size and make it bold for contacts list.
• add ability to increase font size for messages panel.
• add ability to set custom background for contacts list (white) and messages window (white or some image).
  (as an alternative - probably create some themes, e.g. night and day theme and offer person to select it after installation or in my-profile settings)

As for me its hard to read contacts list because of gray font with black background. Its a good choice for night when there's no light. Upon every day usage i work in good light conditions and can hardly see font.

Hey @drweb86-work I'll move this to the main repository since this request would be best suited for the Web app.

Start in the Web app, since the issue was moved from the Electron repository for that reason. Review the people list and messages window entry points and define the scope for font size, font weight, backgrounds, or selectable themes; done means the requested readability and appearance options work in both areas.
