Description
Description:
First I saw it in early 4.12.0 version, but I can't reproduce it with screencast.
Now one of our users reproduced that bug with video demo.
Description of that bug - sometimes (more often in long calls, I think) Jitsi windows (or in proper work maybe layer) behave like it's not on top, so you tap in some place in Jitsi calls and RCRN windows appears. Looks like you taped through Jitsi call to some RCRN element.
Environment Information:
- Rocket.Chat Server Version: 3.7.1
- Rocket.Chat App Version: 4.13 (from Google Play Store)
- Device Name: Xiaomi Redmi Note 7
- OS Version: Android 10
Steps to reproduce:
- Start normal Jitsi call
- Tap somewhere in Jitsi window
- Sometimes you tap through Jitsi window to RCRN window (some element of RCRN application)
- Jitsi call ended for user with that issue
Expected behavior:
Jitsi call should remain stable and solid
Actual behavior:
Additional context:

Research direction
Start with the reported steps on Android using the listed Rocket.Chat and app versions, and inspect how the Jitsi call window handles touch layering over the Rocket.Chat React Native UI. Done means taps in the Jitsi window no longer reach underlying Rocket.Chat elements and the call remains active.
