Describe the bug

Since the recent update any message notification is sent multiple times. Around 5-7 times per message.
Restarting Rocket.Chat does not seem to fix it.

How to Reproduce

1. Un-focus Rocket.Chat
2. Get message
3. Multiple notifications will show

Only one notification per message
