Description
Describe the issue
Cannot adjust lanes and paths with new DPE in O3DE
What is more, I cannot add a new one, because "Enter key" window has focus and I cannot set entityId
Expected behavior
Use another container, e.g. vector/map, that allows to add splines and adjust content.
Actual behavior
I cannot do a damn thing. I need to edit the prefab in notepad.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create "LaneComponent"
- Try to add any entity.
Screenshots/Video
I've added in the first paragraphh

Research direction
Start by reproducing the LaneComponent entity-add and lane/path editing behavior with the listed O3DE and o3de-extras stabilization/2409 branches on Ubuntu 22.04. Inspect the new DPE interaction involved in the LaneComponent workflow; done means entities can be added and lane or path content can be adjusted without editing the prefab manually.
