Additional context
netft_driver is a native C++ ROS 2 and ros2_control driver for ATI Net F/T RDT sensors. The current implementation uses POSIX networking APIs, so Linux is the intended initial RoboStack target.
The Rolling source entry is already merged. Its first binary release is being prepared as 0.2.1-1; the release PR is waiting for the required release repository import into ros2-gbp.
After that release entry is merged and appears in the RoboStack rosdistro snapshot, I plan to submit the corresponding Linux-only vinca.yaml change and validate the generated recipe in RoboStack CI.

Research direction
Wait for the Rolling release entry and its ros2-gbp import to appear in the RoboStack rosdistro snapshot. Then inspect the repository's vinca.yaml package entries, add the Linux-only netft_driver entry for ros-rolling-netft-driver, and validate the generated recipe in RoboStack CI. Done means the recipe builds for linux-64 and linux-aarch64.
