Description

It seems that the current ParAnd implementation has O(N log(B)) complexity where N is the number of containers and B is the number of bitmaps. It should be possible to ensure that the complexity is O(N).

Research direction

Start by locating the ParAnd implementation and measuring its current complexity as the number of containers and bitmaps vary. Determine how the operation can achieve O(N), then add or update coverage demonstrating that complexity; done means the implementation and tests support the stated bound.
