Research direction

Reproduce the issue using https://www.reddit.com/r/StraightGirlsPlaying/top/ with Ripme 1.7.9, Java 1.8.0_151, and Ubuntu 16.04, then trace the Reddit ripping path to where it stops after a few posts. Done means the subreddit is processed beyond three posts and Ripme reports completion only after all available posts are handled.
