broken vk album downloader?

Expected Behavior

Download all images from selected album url

Actual Behavior

When downloading url first time, ripme downloaded about 2k of total of over 30k.
Second time, after removing image folder, ripme downloaded about 1k (possibly already skipped images).
Third time, and following, after repeatedly redownloading, and removing folder before starting new download, ripme skips what has been downloaded before and only downloads previously undownloaded images from the same album.
(Heads up, I've redownloaded the album again. Now it's downloaded just over 6k images.)

Start by reproducing the issue with the VK album URL https://vk.com/album-115807355_00 using RipMe 1.7.95 on the reported Java and Windows versions. Done means repeatedly downloading after removing the image folder retrieves all images in the album instead of skipping previously downloaded items.
