Describe the bug

I had various issues, at the end of it all I just went back a version to a version I know I used and was safe, and now I can't use my steam mods, refer to additional context for the full story. I know the logs say specifically the issue at the end with not seeing the workshop folder but Idk past that

Additional context

I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot an issue due to rimworld not letting me launch up a scenario. Added 1 mod, missed a single mod that apparently got moved at some point so I resorted and everything should've been fine. I too be safe hit reverify files like I do everytime I boot up rimworld nowadays cause it tends to get stuck on launch otherwise. I update the modloader, thinking nothing of it.

Reboot the launcher "FATAL ERROR" it was a perms issue with one specific file, delete it, manage to boot the game, but now it's not seeing that one mod I downloaded, spend 2 hours trying to find out why from deleting files to make the workshop redownload it, to deleting the entire rimsort thing multiple times, it could not find this one fricking mod.

Go back a version, fantastic, now rimsort says my steam workshop folder, is not a steam workshop folder, I go sleep, try it again later, still having issues and I'm out of options......

I just wanted to do a dumb masochistic tribal campaign. Only way I can progress further is to find out how to make the mods local cause something in rimsort broke.......... also steam intergration isn't in advanced anymore you should probably update that

also yes there's other similar issues, I just wanted to vent, feel free to delete/merge/whatever

Research direction

The report names no source files, tests, or entry points; start by reviewing the linked log and reproducing Steam Workshop-folder detection on Windows with the listed versions. Done means the Steam integration recognizes the workshop folder again and the relevant setting is available or clearly accounted for.
