Q: Server name change for Enterprise version

Hi,

it looks like the documentation for Reviewable Enterprise disappeared from the book at https://docs.reviewable.io/. IIRC there was some information regarding DNS names in it.

Our problem is that our IT wants to change TLD of DNS name of our Reviewable Enterprise instance.

Is it sufficient to change `REVIEWABLE_HOST_URL` and `REVIEWABLE_GITHUB_URL` appropriately and tell the clients to use the new URL or is there something more needed to keep it running properly?

(obviously, old links from e-mails and such won't work anymore, which is a pity, but not possible to change)

Also, please re-add the Enterprise documentation.
