Description
Mapping shortcuts is a great feature, not only to improve flexibility, this allow a kind of generic query, for example:
if ($table=='A'){
$mapper->tableX = $mapper->tableA;
} else {
$mapper->tableX = $mapper->tableB;
}
$mapper->tableX(array(...))->tableY->fetch()
But mapper do not support filer like this. Primary key works.

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the Mapping shortcuts implementation and its existing primary-key filter handling; done means filters work through a mapping shortcut for the shown chained query, with coverage for that behavior.
