Description
There have been times when the bot has lots of songs queued and playing, but has needed to be shut down/restarted (computer maintenance, crashes, etc). I would like for the bot to save the current playlist state when changed and, when restarted, read the saved state and resume from where it left off.

Research direction
Start by locating the GuildPlaylist implementation and the bot's startup and shutdown entry points. Trace how queued and playing songs are represented and changed, then define what state must be persisted and restored; done means a restart resumes the prior playlist state.
