Description

Currently if user has to create a new custom skill in CORE, it has to write it/copy paste it manually

Users are good at describing their intent and what all steps they want agent to follow.

Expected behaviour - user should focus on describing intent and we should take care of creating the whole skill in the language that agents will better follow
