Request: add a Basecamp integration (projects, to-dos, messages) to CORE integrations.

Scope ideas:

  • authenticate via OAuth2
  • sync projects and to-do lists
  • fetch assigned to-dos and due dates
  • create/update to-dos
  • optional: post messages/comments
  • webhooks/polling strategy
  • permissions and rate limits
