Description
Requirements:
- Add an
assignedAtkey in the tasks model which will represent the time when a task is assigned to the user.
This will help us filter/sort the tasks of a user.
Note
We need to ensure that we come up with a solution to handle the assignedAt date for tasks that are already created in our backend.
EDIT: The assignedAt value for tickets that are already created can be the UNIX epoch time (1st Jan 1970).

Research direction
Locate the tasks model and the backend path that creates or updates tasks, then inspect how existing task records are handled. Add the assignedAt field with the specified legacy value for already-created tasks, and verify that task filtering or sorting can use it.
