Description
Issue Description
https://github.com/Real-Dev-Squad/website-backend/pull/1732/ In this PR we have created an API for getting applications, we currently do not have pagination, we need to add this to make sure that when the data grows we don't end up making a lot of queries

Research direction
Start with pull request #1732, which introduced the applications API, and trace its route and data-access entry points. Add pagination to the applications response so growing data does not require retrieving everything at once; confirm the API behavior with the existing checks for that endpoint, if present.
