Issue Description
The tasks API 's GET method gives us the tasks based on status , assignee and title , we need a way to fetch tasks which are assigned to users who have exited RDS
Expected Behavior
tasks API's GET method should give us tasks assigned to archived users based on query param
Current Behavior
currently there is no way to filter tasks assigned to archived users.
