Description

Actual behavior: The Task in Completed State is still allowing to change the percentage

Expected behavior: Once the task is marked as Completed. it should not allow the user to change the percentage.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open POSTMAN
  2. Hit the PACTH call to /tasks/:taskId and mark as completed with percentage as 100
  3. Now again Hit a patch call to the same route with a new value of percentCompleted

Research direction

Reproduce the behavior with the PATCH /tasks/:taskId request described in the issue, first marking a task completed with percentCompleted set to 100. Inspect the handler for that endpoint and verify that a later request cannot change the percentage once the task is completed; the task is done when this behavior is confirmed and covered by the relevant API check.
