Read Aloud / TTS: Ability to pause, skip forwards/backwards, and follow along the text

Hi there! I'm so happy to see the Read Aloud / Text to Speech function finally integrated into Read You. It's a fantastic tool for accessibillity.

My only issue with it is that there's no pause, rewind, or skip forward buttons — just a stop. So, if I need to take a short break from reading a long article, there's no way for me to pick up where I left off, or jump right back into a particular section of the article.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see more player controls for the Read Aloud function, such as a progress bar that can be used to jump to a section, a pause button, a skip forward button, and a skip backwards button.

I would also love to see an (optional) indicator which highlights the text being read as its being read, and allows users to double-tap to start the reading from a particular section:

The issue does not name implementation files or tests; start by locating the existing Read Aloud/Text to Speech entry point in the Android app and review related issues 42, 201, 801, and 1171. Done would include the requested pause, seeking, and skip controls, plus the optional text-following behavior described in the issue.
