Description
Instead of just having a dumb error sigil, I can have a raon_get_error that is thread local and gives more useful error messages.
The message should be checked upon errors happening which are set with raon_set_errorf or whatever.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing error sigil and the raon_set_errorf entry point, then compare the proposed API with SDL3's global error handling. Add a thread-local raon_get_error path and ensure errors set through raon_set_errorf expose useful messages when checked.
