Inoreader syncing

For some reason, www.inoreader.com is unavailable in China. Does NetNewsWire have any plan to add alternative API base URLs like www.innoreader.com (notice the double n)? I’ve found a similar issue #3263, but somehow it was closed by the author. Thank you.
