Description
Wouldn't it be cool if you could install modules and test them right on one of the bots?
I propose modulable! The bot will be running in a “dirty” environment where everyone can install modules and do other stuff (like create files).
Optionally, we can preinstall all modules beforehand. Not sure if that will be viable once ecosystem becomes huge.
I don't think this idea fits well into committable/bisectable/evalable, therefore a new bot.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the dependency in issue #25 and the existing bot designs, especially the distinction from committable, bisectable, and evalable. Clarify the sandbox boundaries, module-installation behavior, file creation, and whether preinstallation is required; done should mean the proposed bot can run modules in its isolated dirty environment as specified.
