Description
Right now we turn off the colors. Not sure how to have colors in github gists, but we should at least do something for IRC output.
It is a bit tricky because before we get the actual output we can't know whether we want it in color or not. Still, it is doable.

Research direction
Start with the color-disabling code at Whateverable.pm6#L35 and trace how output is sent to IRC and GitHub gists. The work is done when IRC output can retain colors while gist output remains appropriate, without deciding the destination before the actual output is available.
