<El_Che> releasable6: status
<releasable6> El_Che, Next release will happen when it's ready. R6 is down, GitHub is down. At least 0 blockers. Changelog for this release was not started yet

I guess there was some connection issue, but it doesn't matter, it simply should not say “at least 0 blockers”.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the releasable6 status output described in the linked IRC log, focusing on the “At least 0 blockers” wording. Trace where the blocker count is rendered and verify that the status no longer reports “at least 0 blockers” when the count is zero.
