Description
Currently it just dumps everything into a bazillion of files. That's OK, but is slightly inefficient in terms of storage. Currently it seems to be taking about 2G, which is a fraction of what the rest of the project is using. Still, it could be done better.

Research direction
Start by locating the Reportable implementation and reviewing how it writes its plaintext files. Measure the current storage behavior and determine a concrete alternative before changing it. Done means Reportable no longer needlessly stores everything as a large collection of plaintext files while preserving its required output.
