Description
Quotable accepts Perl 6 regexes, but Greppable takes pcre stuff. Dog fooding to the max, everything should use Perl 6 regexes, even if it is a little bit slower.
At least, we can start with an option and see how it goes.

Research direction
Start by tracing the Greppable and Quotable entry points to see how each currently accepts and applies regular expressions. Define the option boundary described in the issue, then verify that Greppable can use Perl 6 regexes without breaking its existing behavior; the issue does not name files or tests.
