Description
All supported coordinate systems (those listed in UVBeam's coordinate_system_dict) should be able to be converted to all other supported systems. This will involve interpolation.

Research direction
Start by inspecting UVBeam's coordinate_system_dict and the currently supported coordinate representations. Map the required conversions between every supported pair, including the interpolation approach. Done means all listed coordinate systems can be converted to every other supported system.
