Description
The current files date from the first season of HERA, when the correlator was writing Miriad files. It'd be nice to update to newer files. Currently, most of the UVFlag tests cannot run on Windows because they are using Miriad files.
These files are also used for the testing uvcalibrate on older files for backwards compatibility.

Research direction
Locate the UVFlag test fixtures and the tests that use them, then identify which Miriad files are also exercised by uvcalibrate for backwards compatibility. Replace the outdated fixtures with newer files and run the relevant tests on Windows to confirm the UVFlag coverage works while compatibility tests still pass.
