Description
It would be useful if a single UVFlag object could support multiple flag_arrays, since we often now run multiple distinct flaggers on the same data and keeping the provenance of the flags (rather than just combining them) is valuable.

Research direction
Start by examining the existing UVFlag representation and how its single flag_arrays value is created, accessed, and combined. Define how multiple distinct flaggers and their provenance should be represented while preserving existing behavior, then identify the tests needed to demonstrate separate flag arrays remain available.
