very bad quality of output inference

Description

when i tried to inference I got this result with default settings
not_normal.wav
But with old rvc and same settings i got better result
good_result.wav
I dont know what's wrong, but that's sad
I made it on windows, rvc was used DirectML and inference started on cpu
