Research direction
Start by reproducing the command from the issue with requirements-ipex.txt and record the Python version, platform, and package-index results. Inspect the pinned torchaudio wheel entry and the environment assumptions around Intel IPEX. Done means the documented IPEX requirements install without an unsupported-wheel error or requiring --break-system-packages.
