Description
I am trying to use infer_cli.py from tools. Whenever I tried to run it, this error appears
No module named 'configs'
When I checked the file, it is imported properly. I do not know why this is happening. Anyhelp?

Research direction
Begin with tools/infer_cli.py and reproduce the import error in the same way it was reported. Check how the script is being invoked and whether the repository's configs module is on Python's import path; done means infer_cli.py starts without the “No module named 'configs'” error.
