Description
使用这个链接无法正常下载编译链，ping不通了。请问后面会提供新的下载方法，还是修复这个问题？手动下载的话，linux环境的编译链在github社区可以找到，Env环境下的编译链在网上只搜索到一个百度网盘，下载起来有点麻烦。
